Hi, I’m Melissa

Chief Experience Officer, Author & Women's Health Advocate

A woman, Melissa Boudreau, with long dark hair sitting at an outdoor table, smiling at the camera during sunset, with a metal fence and sunset sky in the background.

I’m glad you found your way here.

This space was created to share stories, spark connections, and support others navigating hard things, while also building brands and ideas that matter.

From Grateful Anyway to The Cycle podcast to my marketing work, it all lives here.

Through my book Grateful Anyway, my podcast The Cycle, and my marketing consulting work, I share stories, strategies, and experiences rooted in resilience, connection, and growth. Whether I’m writing about navigating chronic illness, having honest conversations about health, or helping brands build meaningful experiences, my goal is the same: to create work that connects, empowers, and makes a lasting impact.

Building things that matter.

A woman, Melissa Boudreau, walking on a paved trail under a bridge, wearing a black sleeveless top and striped leggings, with greenery on the sides and a sunset sky in the background.

In my day-to-day work, I lead marketing, sales, HR, film programming, and studio partnerships. I love building brands and experiences that bring people together — whether inside a theater or within a team.

Everything I do, whether in business or in life, is rooted in connection. I believe in connection, building things that matter, and finding gratitude.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me traveling, strength training, reading, spending time outdoors, or at the movies.
